Wanderlust
SushiSundae is a personal journal of Sushi's internal monologues on about everything, verses that she calls psuedo-poetry, a random lyric from a song (that probably means something to her), sometimes a make-up review; and often- photographs of food, fashion and everything cutesy.

The Little Miss
Sushi is a 22-year-old Gemini and a Broadcast Journalism graduate who (now) wants to work in the medical field someday. She loves writing poetry, milk tea, make-up, the gyaru lifestyle, korean pop, japanese food, chick flicks, boots, ribbon rings, coding, John Mayer, coffee shops and countrysides. She works with clothes, dreams of clothes and if clothes can be eaten, she'll have a plateful for breakfast. She's currently living in California but misses her MNL life (and bedroom) tremendously.

“You got a sty on your eye!” said Sarah, as she checked my bag.

“Yup. I got it.” I stifled a laugh, and wore my shades again.

My eye got an infection from this really high-end brand and my absolute carelessness when it comes to taking make-up off. I got sent home from work, although it was a relief— it was also somehow horrible because I’m still a trainee; and any inconvenience I would cause is just unacceptable.

I guess when time and life really wanted to have fun by pulling a trick on you, it will be really nasty. The other day, I was scheduled to open alone- and to my horror, it was also the day when our GM decided to lounge around the register. And the tricks were well played, I really fucked up my work. I normally don’t, I normally wouldn’t have any discrepancies even if I’m only a trainee (because boy do I review the things needed to be done!) but of all days to mess up…

She was there. The big boss was there.

Of all freakin days.

And now this.

Sigh.

I need to review my notes again, and do my best the next day I’m working…
